La fondation favorise leur libert\u00e9 de choix et leur autod\u00e9termination gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des offres vari\u00e9es et flexibles dans tous les domaines de la vie. La SSBL se distingue par sa polyvalence dans l&rsquo;offre. Des personnes ayant des handicaps mentaux aux personnes handicap\u00e9es physiques, chacun trouve sa place au sein de la fondation.    <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La SSBL collabore-t-elle avec Ergoexpert depuis longtemps ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab La collaboration a commenc\u00e9 l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 dernier. Nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de le faire afin de pouvoir occuper nos employ\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re durable et saine dans nos postes de travail. Car des employ\u00e9s satisfaits ont un impact positif sur notre climat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&rsquo;entreprise. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui caract\u00e9rise la collaboration ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Ce que nous appr\u00e9cions le plus, c&rsquo;est que nous avons pu tester les dispositifs pendant environ 8 semaines. Cela nous a permis de voir en pratique si cela convenait et \u00e9tait adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 nos besoins. Nous sommes \u00e9galement reconnaissants pour le contact direct avec Juan ainsi que son \u00e9quipe. Ergoexpert AG travaille de mani\u00e8re authentique et honn\u00eate. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quels dispositifs sont en service ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Chez nous, le Paexo Back est utilis\u00e9. Il est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la charge lors de la manipulation de celles-ci C&rsquo;est pourquoi il \u00e9tait le plus adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 nos besoins. L&rsquo;avantage du Paexo Back est que la libert\u00e9 de mouvement reste la m\u00eame. Nos employ\u00e9s ont r\u00e9agi tr\u00e8s positivement, ce qui est agr\u00e9able \u00e0 voir. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dans quels domaines les produits d&rsquo;Ergoexpert sont-ils pr\u00e9sents dans la vie quotidienne ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Nous travaillons dans tous les domaines o\u00f9 un travail physique lourd ou des soins intensifs sont n\u00e9cessaires. Ce sont principalement les groupes de vie de soin. Dans les domaines o\u00f9 l&rsquo;accompagnement par des discussions est plus important, ils sont moins impliqu\u00e9s. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quelle est le plus grand avantage des produits ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Les douleurs au dos des employ\u00e9s diminuent. Ils se sentent en meilleure sant\u00e9 et sont plus productifs au travail. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Y a-t-il des inconv\u00e9nients ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Je ne vois aucun inconv\u00e9nient ici. Au d\u00e9but, les employ\u00e9s mettaient peut-\u00eatre un peu plus de temps \u00e0 enfiler le Paexo Back.
